FREE COACHING TO REACH YOUR GOALS

The Thrive program is a long-term mentoring initiative to enhance economic mobility for individuals and families in South Hampton Roads. Rather than providing immediate financial assistance, Thrive focuses on empowering participants to achieve goals such as reducing debt, increasing income, changing careers, and planning for the future through sustained support and guidance. Capacity is limited.

I've lived in Norfolk for over 15 years with my two youngest children. I discovered the Thrive program this year at a community event and have been impressed by the resources and support provided, especially from my mentor, Erika, who has been incredibly attentive, resourceful, and kind to me and my children.

My primary goal in the Thrive program was to build a savings account for unexpected expenses due to my family's health issues. After a serious car accident required me to buy a new car, I was able make the purchase while still growing my savings by $1,800 upon exiting the program.
