Congratulations to Accounting Clerks Ken Graham and Thurman Crowe for being recognized by the United Way of South Hampton Roads today for 50 YEARS of contributing to the United Way! Judi Morgan, the senior director of operations and administration for the local United Way, commented on their "intentional and persistent generosity" and "the culture of caring and generosity" at the Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office, which is one of the city's largest contributors to the United Way. "You care about people and you very often put those people and their interests ahead of your own," she said. "And this is an example of that."
