TESTIMONIAL
"Norfolk has been home to not only me, but my family. I have been a Norfolk resident for over 15 years. I currently live with my youngest 2 children - Jeshua, who is 13, and Laylanie, who is 8. I moved to Ocean View area this year in March and found out about the Thrive program while attending a work community event at Norview High School. I was also informed about it through a mutual friend.
Once hearing about it, I was intrigued. I had never heard of the program before, and was so glad once I applied. The number of resources, guidance, empathy and trust has been great. Erika, who is my mentor, has been amazing. From the attentiveness to my goals, sending continuous resources tailored to my specific goals, to simply reaching out to make sure all is well with not only myself but my children. I have already recommended the program to others, and will continue to do so. Thank you for all you do."
